      Your meeting recordings belong to you. We don't sell data, don't use it for advertising, and don't share it with third parties.

Audio recordings of your meetings (only during transcription)

Usage statistics (anonymous)

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:

Providing transcription and protocol functionality
Managing your account and subscription
Technical support and troubleshooting
Improving speech recognition (only with explicit consent)

4. Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers within the European Union. Audio recordings are automatically deleted after transcription – unless you explicitly save them in your account. Transmission is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS).

Account Deletion and Data Retention

When you delete your account, your data (transcripts, protocols, summaries) remains available for 30 days. During this period, you can request recovery. After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted. Account data (email, name) is also deleted within 30 days after cancellation.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except:

AI Transcription Service: For speech processing, we use Microsoft Azure OpenAI (Region: Sweden). All data remains in the EU – no data transfer to the USA. Secured by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) according to Art. 28 GDPR. Audio files are not stored after transcription.
Payment Processing: Stripe for secure payment processing (EU data centers, PCI-DSS certified)
Legal Obligation: If we are legally required to do so

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right at any time to:

Access – what data we have stored about you
Rectification – have incorrect data corrected
Erasure – deletion of your data and account
Restriction – restriction of processing
Data Portability – your data in machine-readable format
Objection – against certain processing activities

7. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies (session, login). No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

You have the right to file a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In South Tyrol, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
