You buy credit once (10 hours for €29) and can use it for 12 months – ideal for occasional meetings. A subscription pays off for regular meetings: you get new minutes every month. If you have both, your subscription minutes are used first, then your credit.
A recording is always transcribed in full – even if it is longer than your remaining credit. The missing part is offset against your next credit. After that, you can top up credit or choose a subscription at any time.
